Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return or exchange the item.

  Quality Verification

  Provide clear photos or a short video of the product to confirm it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.

  Safe Packaging

  Once approved, securely pack the items in their original box to prevent damage during transit and include the original invoice.

  Processing & Refund

  After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method or bank account within 5-7 business days.
